Method and evidence
The enquiry path starts with an allowlisted product category, preserves selected SKUs where available and sends the recorded requirement to the website’s GoodJob intake bridge. The public evidence used by support is scoped separately from product performance.
Decision rules
If the buyer knows the product family but not the SKU, choose the category-prefilled Quote page because it preserves routing context. Exception: attach a drawing when the requested item is custom.
If the requirement includes a performance number, request the complete test configuration because a catalogue description alone cannot establish project capacity. Exception: a buyer-approved engineering calculation may define the acceptance route.
Limitations
Support content is not engineering approval. Any performance number must identify the specimen or SKU, installation orientation, substrate, fastener type, load distribution, test method and test date. Translation status, WhatsApp delivery and external system availability are operational states and must be verified separately.
